The xx - Try

Now it’s dead and gone
You say what you would’ve done
You would’ve been there,
I wish you’d been there,
I needed you there

If you keep driving like that, you’re going to kill a cyclist. When you do, it’s going to suck as much for you as it does for them. When you drive by my head at 50 mph I can’t have this conversation with you, so I’m going to do you a favor and talk you through all of your arguments as to why…

1901 - Birdy (Cover)

So here I am, awake on a Sunday night (Monday morning?) being sad, listening to this song and thinking about my ex and playing the “what if?” game.

Why did I break up with her?
What if we stayed together?
What if we learned to look past our flaws?
What if.

I guess it doesn’t really matter since she’s happy with her new boyfriend.

Other than that, this is actually a fantastic cover song and Birdy has a wonderful voice.

I saw this picture on my friend’s Facebook and asked where she got it…and said Tumblr.
I wish I knew who the original artist is so I can credit them or reblog it from the original source.
If someone knows who the original artist is, feel free to let me know!
Anyway, I really like this picture and thought I’d share it here.
